Finished Project 🧶✨🌸

:sun: I just wanted to share my recent crochet :yarn: project! It’s been a while for me, as I’ve been going through a lot personally. I finally feel like I’m back in a space where I can create and share again. Thank you :sparkles:

love this! The colors are cute together. I want to make everything for my car, its a kia also, but i keep seeing people saying the steeting cover is dangerous but they don’t compare it to the ones already in the stores. If it’s the same level of danger I wan’t to make a cover.. So i guess I said all of that useless stuff to ask if your cover slides around a lot?

I’ve tried this a few times, and my first one slid a little because I used 8 Granny squares last time, but only 6 for this one. A little tip is to make sure when you sew it onto your wheel, it’s really tight. I even knot it a few times to secure it well, because I want it to last months, not just a week. Another idea I use is to start by slip stitching all the Granny squares together, then test it by fitting it in my car to see if it’s secure, and finally, I stitch it into a loop to form a circle. After that, I sew it onto my wheel, and voilà—it’s both cute and a great shield from the AZ sun, especially since temperatures can hit 120°F out here. So yea I say all this as long as it’s secure your good :sparkles:

I even had one square left over and used it for my gear shift
