Feel free to reply with your projects, Im really interested to see what-progress yāall made since starting :]
And for anyone who is considering learning how to freehand, I highly recommend itā itās such an invaluable skill :) also because I am too broke and lazy to buy patterns
Wow your first pattern is really good - my first one is a frog that I made inside out and the stuffing is poking out and I crocheted it in pink so it looks like brains
So my first ever projects were just little squares if you could even categorize those as a shape and then grandma taught me how to make a chain ring so then I made lil circles but they were all funny because I didnāt increase enough, most of those have been lost to the fossil record it was like 7-8 years ago lol
And then I got a crochet kit for a cute lil penguin plushie
Instructions were in British terms and I found American term tutorials so it all came out twice the size because apparently my single crochets were American term double crochets ā¦
So I gave up and didnāt make anything for 3/4 years i frogged it for yarn I only have pics of the box
AINT HE A HANDSOME LIL FELLA i might actually get to making him
Now, this current era started almost a year ago, I saw some lil whale crocheted keychains and, me being me, I wanted to have one⦠And then enlightenmentā I used to be able to crochet, can I get back into it?
i use the lil goober as a pincushion a reminder that Iām not that bad but still nothing doesnāt look good enough pattern on YouTube and literally anywhere, thereās whale patterns everywhere
