Hi , if anyone here has finished this pattern can you explain how to do the wings I got confused
I have crochet everything else plus the circles that get folded in half and crocheted but after that I got confused.

I tested this pattern! To do the wings, you fold the circle in half and the crochet both sides together. TO means turn over
