I’m currently making this guy! Using a weight 4, and a 3.25mm hook, he’s about 3 feet long!

I used a full skein of Loops and Threads Skinny Chenille Panda Multi (about 220 grams) for the body, and another 50 grams or so in a random brown that I had for the feet/legs.
It’s a super fun pattern!

I also modified the pattern slightly to make it low-sew. I crocheted the beak, and then started the face from that row with my face increases.
I also crocheted the legs and tail directly to the body, with the tail being 1 row above the legs. I don’t have any tips on this, other than just trial and error lol.
