I look at least 10 times each row to make sure I did it right (but of course I still get it wrong)

That is maddening. I stop at 3 times. Otherwise, I’ll drive myself crazy, the more anxious I get, the more I can’t think.

It’s because of my adhd I forget the step I’m at while I’m doing it so sometimes I do the wrong part
