I was looking through the things Iā€™ve made and I found this bunny but its paid. I tested it so I got it for free. Iā€™ll try and find more

When my grandma had heart surgery they gave her a red heart pillow and had her squeeze it tight to her chest when she coughed or sneezed similar to what another commenter described. You donā€™t have to use the bulky yarn. In fact the size 4 worsted yarn is going to be sturdier for this sort of thing so just hold 3-4 strands together and complete the pattern that way.
