Is it possible to gift a large number of patterns using a gift code?

At the moment there’s an option to gift patterns individually only but could you kindly explain what you’re trying to achieve? This way we can note your feedback as a feature suggestion

I’m not sure if this is exactly what @AYarnofSerendipity means or not, but I know some designers like to give subscribers a discount or freebie code to enter into sites to get discounted/free patterns.
