Help:Designers profile set to private!

I purchased a pattern not long ago. I need help with it but the designers profile isn’t available/set to private. I’m not sure how else to contact them. Could anyone help? It won’t let me tag the designer in the post either.

I don’t feel designers should be able to set their profiles to private. It leaves them uncontactable. If they have published patterns the option to set their profile to private shouldn’t be available. When a designer goes to publish/tester call their first pattern it should automatically set their profile to public or they should have to manually do it before it allows their very first tester call to post. Just my thoughts about it.

Hmmm. That is definitely a problem. Maybe we could help with the pattern problem?

Is their main account also private? I would try contacting them that way if you can’t get ahold of them through their shop account

I tried contacting them through the contact designer option in the patter. I also clicked on the main profile name where it says @SaraSmithCrochet neither options work. I get the oops page/response
