Not Ribblr, but Ira Rott has several cute unicorn patterns (super well written)

Unicorns

I know the big amigurumi is made with a bulky yarn, so Bernart blanket would work well; I think the smaller ones are made with bulky or worsted to change sizes; her rugs are made with 3 strands of worsted or with 1 or 2 (can’t remember which) bulky, so again Bernart blanket would work and be super squishy/lovely
