I think I figured it out, the person you’re messaging has to be a member as well

you CANNOT lose member status, only regular. (i js capitalized cannot to emphasize it, not mad or anything)

Not only that, @everyone is a tag that USED to work, apparently. Either that or @ all… pretty sure it. (oml, y’all, when I tried to post this, it said the word @ all (w/o the space) is not allowed :0 )
