I made some cat butt coasters for my gram and they keep curling. What can i do to flatten them?

You can try blocking them. There are quite a few youtube videos on that.
There are different methods on how to do it depending on the type of yarn.
I used it on acrylic yarn by pinning the piece flat on a cardboard box. Then using the steam setting on my iron I hovered it oven my piece but making sure it didn’t touch it. Unfortunately acrylic yarn does melt. Then left it over night to dry.
