Help! Refund an order

I sold a make, but its sold internationally, and for some reason hasn’t added shipping. I cant send it for the price its sold for, as shipping would cost more than theyve paid. Is there any way to refund them please?

You must add international shipping before publishing the make but you can edit it too before it sells. If you send us a message with your order number we can help.
