I want to sell on Ribblr but my mom is not sure whether we should use stripe.

Is it possible to use like Venmo or Zelle on Ribblr?

I don’t believe so. For selling patterns Stripe is the only option I believe. However if you’re worried about Stripe they’re a very trusted source used by many sites, you can also just research Stripe a bit more if you’re unsure. Here’s an image of some sites that use Stripe
