Free pattern if you buy yarn. I did buy yarn and I donāt know how to get the free bird pattern. Any help is appreciated!

Hi! All you have to do is add items to your basket, checkout and finish your purchase.
Once you are done youāll see a pop-up which takes you to this page:
Once a purchase was made, the gift is unlocked and you just click a button to grab it!

A pop up never showed up and when i click on the one above it just keeps taking me to the same claim page with the arrow but nothing happens.
