Has anyone made this fish? I’m having trouble understanding the fin part.

Just looked through it (I’m assuming you mean the end fin/tail part and not the top fin?)
Which part would you like some help with?

I looked into it as well and it looks like a basic bear legs part.
It makes no sense but I think you just have to count 13 from the beg and 5? at the end, then sc in the 13 sc counted at the beg, skip until those 5 stitches at the end, and sc into them. That makes 18 st total per fin and connects them to the body

I contacted the designer and she replied, Thank God. Some of them don’t answer.
