Help with crochet business

I have started a crochet business at school! But I have gotten ao many orders, and I dont know how to keep up. Any tips? Thank you so much hope you have an amazing day!

Stop taking orders! I’m terrible at that part :sweat_smile:
Also prioritize things that are due earlier, make a list, don’t let yourself make anything else until those orders are done.

Tysm! Im awful at stopping taking orders because peipme keep coning up and are like “can you make me this and this and this” and Its just hard for me to say no. Tysm!

Make sure they know there are previous orders and it could take a while. Agree on a price first, and stick with it. If you get custom orders that can’t be sold elsewhere (example their name on it … ), get the cost of the yarn as a non-refundable down payment.

I personally use TickTick to keep track of the crochet that I have to do- but also have a limit of orders maybe per person or per month or something like that!

Ty! I make flyers to spread the word for my business and I wrote down how much you can a once but people dont always read the whole thing. Ty again!
