Help with pattern (SOLVED)

I am working on designing my first pattern, it’s going to be Nessie the loch Ness monster. should head, neck and body be one continuous part or separated?

I think one piece would look the best! It’d add to the flow of the body too :)

I try to make all of my patterns a single piece if possible. People seem to prefer no-sew patterns.

Sometimes I find it easier to crochet all of the pieces seperately when I am designing my patterns, but it is entirely up to you with what you are comforable with! :slightly_smiling_face:
