So im kinda new to ribblr and i put out my new testing call and i got 2 testers, and one of them said that they couldnt find the pattern at all? So i sent it to them again and tried to gift them the pattern they still said they couldnt see it⌠does anyone have any idea what happened? Thanks so much for reading and thanks so much if you replyâ
Did you buy chance already hit âgift patternâ? You save that for when testing is complete. Until theyâve completed the test, it will show up in their testing library which will be linked when you create the group chat.
If you havenât made the group chat, go back to your testing tab where you can see the testers and thereâs a message testers button. Click that and you can message them in a group chat and it will provide the link to their testing library.
When you click gift pattern when theyâve finished testing, it says theyâre done and puts it into their pattern library to keep
Its happening to my testers too, and I havenât gifted the pattern to them 
donât know whatâs going on, tbh the testing/designer communication interface is kind of confusing
