I applied for pattern testing, was told by the designer that they approved me but the pattern never arrived. They tried to personally DM me the pattern but it didn’t arrive either. I’m a new user, is there a chance that it has to do anything with it?

Firstly just to clarify there is no way to DM a pattern.
Secondly if you could have this designer message us we would take a look for you and see how we can solve it!
