Holiday Mode

Hi
Does Ribblr have a holiday mode for your shop?
If so how can I turn it on?
thanks Claire

Hmm, what do you mean by holiday mode/what does it do? I think tagging @Ribblr will give us some more insight

Do you mean running a sale in your shop? Here’s how you do it:

like how you can do it for etsy?

I would guess like poshmark, where you make all items unavailable by going on vacation mode, meaning you won’t be there to accept orders/ship items until a date you set, (or when you manually remove it from that mode)

If you mean putting your shop on hiatus, then what you can do is unpublish your patterns, but actually, you don’t need to do that because once you set up your patterns you don’t have to deal with shipping, receipts, etc. Everything is done automatically. You just need to be available to answer occasional questions from crafters. If you’re selling makes you would have to take them off.

Hi I am away for 2 weeks and am unable to sell anything in store.
Many thanks on the replys to the question.

You can still keep your shop open bc you can still sell patterns when you’re away! You don’t have to ship anything out like etsy!

There is nothing you have to do to sell in your store. It runs autonomously. No reason to shut it down while you are on vacation any more than you would before going to bed at night. Makes are another matter, and you can just unlisted them for the time being and relist when you get back
