How do I fasten off a fishnet-like top?

Hey guys! I’m back
I’m making a fishnet-like bolero top and, while I’m not done yet, I’m wondering how to fasten off securely at the ends without it being noticeable. I’m worried it’ll come loose and I already know I’m going to want to wear this as soon as the weather is warm enough.
TYIA yall are always the best :crossed_fingers:

I’ve made a ton of fishnet boleros and I’ve always just fastened off like normal, is there something in specific you’re having trouble with?

Well, I’m still working up the front panel so I haven’t got to where I need to F/O yet, I’m just nervous it’s gonna unravel with wear? have you ever had one come apart at all after finishing it?

I understand what you’re saying! I like to tie knots as I weave it in but eventually there will be a little bit hanging out I think. I haven’t found a way to fix this.

The pattern I’m following uses DC and ch spaces to make the fishnet look. I used some tips I’ve found here to f/o and I think it’s pretty darn secure! For some reason, every time I f/o before I had never done a ch 1 — I did this time and I don’t think that bad boy is coming apart

Thank you to every single one of you guys! Yall are more helpful than you’ll ever know, lol
