So I see Ribblr is having a promotion for Ribblr+ and I want to get it but I already have an active subscription can anyone help me idk how to get it it keeps sending me to stripe but without the deal @Ribblr

you cant use a discount whilst you already have an active subscription. if you still want to use your discount, I believe you’ll have to cancel your current one, and re-activate a new one with the deal.
I’ll look into it more for clarification.

Did they end up getting back to you on this? I came looking to see if anyone had asked about it since it seems kind of odd to not let active members use the discount. Punished for loyalty with full price lol
