How to sign out of stripe on Ribblr?

Helloooo!

I tried going to the help and feedback section, but it didnā€™t tell me so I was hoping someone or Ribblr can help me with this.

I recently got a a stripe account and it asked me to an ID so I added mine, but because Iā€™m a minor it said it wouldnā€™t accept it so I looked up why since it says you can have an account as a minor as long as thereā€™s an adult linked to it (I have my mum linked).

So I decided to create another stripe account, but in my mums name (with her permission) and I went to go change the stripe account from mine to hers, however, I canā€™t find an option to change it.

Can anyone help me with either changing the stripe accounts - signing out of mine and adding hers, or figuring out how to add my id to my stripe account?

You might need to wait until tomorrow since it might just be a bug from updating

Maybe, I did just update my phone to the newest version though so Iā€™ll check again!

I think you have to sign out with your email thatā€™s what I had to do when I first did mine

I believe Ribblr has to sign you out, and then you can link your current one!

What do you mean sign out with my email? Just sign out of Ribblr?

what I ment was when I first signed in I had a minor account (seeing as I am one) so I went to my email cause I hadnā€™t accepted it as my email so I ignored it and it signed me out of stripe

If you want to replace your Stripe account you can disconnect the first one via Stripe to reach out to us and weā€™ll manually do it for you!
