Hii there fellow ribblrs, I need help. Whenever I try to add a picture to my makes or to a pattern, this is what happens
I don’t know why it does this but it I know it means I can’t release my first pattern. If anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me cause I need to know! May your yarn have no factory knots, Nor
Try restarting your phone, and log out of Ribblr and then log back in.

Maybe the file/picture is the wrong type, or it’s too big?
I dunno what size is it supposed to be?
maybe try uploading a smaller file first to see if the file being to large is the case
I went back to look at other posts and some said turning of wifi, or using data for a bit may fix it!

I tried doing it with no wifi but just did the same thing! I also tried with a smaller file but, same outcome
I’m gonna ask ribblr support

Ok this has happened to me before. Can you put images into other areas of ribblr? If not you need to go to settings and find ribblr in the thing with apps that are installed. After that you click on ribblr in that and scroll until you find permissions. You will have to allow access to your camera. And then you should be fine. Hope this helps!
I can put photos into posts but I use ribblr on chrome
