Hey guys! I don’t know where to put this, so….
So let me explain! Instead of me working on publishing my shark+cat pattern (me procrastinating, lol) I drew a cute little strawberry Dino for me to create for Valitines day. I mostly finished the Dino today, and he’s SO cute! But when I looked at the Dino for longer, I got a sense of dasavue. I thought I had seen a pattern that looked very similar to this, but know I can’t find it. I don’t know if my memory is playing tricks on me or what…
I don’t want to publish a pattern that could look so similar to an already published one, but I DID NOT copy, alter, or get inspiration from anything.
Sorry if this just seems silly, I just want to be safe. Here is the Dino. If any u have seen an already published pattern that looks like this, please help.

I’ve never seen it before!! It might be like Paul McCartney! He wrote yesterday and he would’ve sworn that he had heard that before but everyone reassured him that he didn’t. He ended up writing it and that’s the only version anyone knows! I guess sometimes we just get in our heads about things and not wanting to copy them. Anyways, I think it’s yours !!

I peruse Etsy and Instagram an unhealthy amount and I’ve not seen one like it. Maybe the deja vu is simply from seeing small dino patterns? I tested a pattern I swore I saw somewhere else, turned out the snout part was similar but otherwise looked totally different

I’ve only seen the tail done before (in my own pattern) but honestly if it’s from your head I think your good. Off the top of my head besides what I pointed out I haven’t seen this pattern and I bet it will be a hit! But just in case you can type in dino patterns and see or use the Google lens but especially it being strawberry I think your good! Good luck regardless
