So I was doing a test call for my flower pal and I messaged the testers and everything but then when i clicked message testers to see my message it came with this screen
Plus I just posted the tester call a day ago

I havent got any messages from my testers because there isnt a page where I can because when I message the testers it sais that I cant message them

I did send it but after a day it said that I couldnt visit it.
can you try directly from your messages on the community and check if the message exists? Instead of via your shop manager please.
Try going to profile, activity, messages, sent
I fixed the error by recreating the tester call, hopefully it wouldnt happen again when I recieve testers
