So I’m trying to create a pm fir all my testers (the one where you click on assign testers and in the corner you click “message testers” and i keep on submitting it but it says “message sent to testers” BUT I submitted two different ones twice (since it says it sent my message and the deletes it) is there a reason for this @Ribblr? (This was for my elephant in a sweater tester pm!)
You can try looking on your profile, then messages, then sent to see the pm
Go to the pattern, then manage testing, then go to group message idk
I did ! I just re-typed the whole message to send it to them but it said “title to long” but I wasn’t typing a title

One thing that happens when you PM a message to tester applicants or people in general, it won’t pop up with any notifications unless someone has interacted with your message. (By hearting it, replying, something of that nature). Could this be the case? If not, try typing a title and that might help? Might also be a connection error, ribblr having to update, or something else :)!
I had this happen once. There was one tester who couldn’t recieve messages for whatever reason. When I took them off as a tester the message finally went through for everyone else. Are you getting a message that a specific tester can’t be messaged? I would get the message sent response then the tester can’t recieve messages response after that.
I’m not getting a message about that ! It says “pm sent to testers” but nothing ever happens after that
I experienced the opposite for all my tester calls lol. I basically send the message to all testers and then a page will pop up with something like “oops, looks like there are some error with loading” (or something similar)
I ignore it, and it turns out the message did got send to my testers.

Sorry for that. For some reason action has failed, so we cleared that. Please try again and let us know. In any case you shouldn’t be able to submit twice, as the 2nd time you press this “send” button you should be redirected to the community post.

I was having something weird with my testing patterns. I’m getting a duplicate of one show up but not a new one that I’ve been granted… I’ve had to close out of ribblr and come back in, then the pattern is showing correctly in my testing folder… Not saying that will help but it fixed my issue.
Okay so just wasted another 20 minutes typing two of the posts out ! And…. It’s still not working @Ribblr (I’m very sorry if this tag was not necessary) if I try this button
For messaging my testers all it gives me is “title was to long” (which I wasn’t typing the title) and if I use this message testers button
All it gives me is “ooops, page does not exist” or something like that

Hi and sorry for the discomfort
Great feedback which led us to find that the issue was the long pattern’s name → which led to a “too long” title auto-generate to the community.
So kindly try again and let us know.
