I think i have 10 or 11, a couple didn’t get applied for whatever reason, i think some new pattern designers maybe don’t know which buttons to press to successfully finish the testing once you’re done.

It’s just a way of showing how many pattern tests you’ve completed. Every time you finish testing a pattern and the designer gifts it to you, you get one karma!
