I donā€™t know if this is normal but in my dms all the messages are gone. They are from maybe a week ago but they were important info I needed and now they arenā€™t there.

Itā€™s normal, if no one talks in the chat for a week/7days the chat will be automatically deleted, is it not possible to message the user(s) again for the info?

I could do that. I just didnā€™t know if it was normal. I think ribblr should get rid of that feature.

Yeah they had to do this awhile back because of how it would would cause Ribblr to lag/degrades performance

This is is only for the chats, messages wonā€™t be deleted in case you werenā€™t aware of that as well
