Now I am going to do this. That is for the idea OP. I just looked at Hobby Lobby for the cotton yarn I am going to get next payday to be ready for when the crochet along starts June 9th. I have never done a crochet along before.

This is by noeans a criticism at all. I feel that some may take it that way so I want to start there. I have seen the work many of you all have done through makes and designs and it has been sooo wonderful. The design work is great, and you have put together creations I would have never dreamed of.

I do think that the ribblr format is so easy to follow. Being able to check off each line as we go makes life so much better and I understand why each of us has come to this app or website to choose patterns here.

I do encourage you not to lock yourself into patterns on ribblr and venture out into other spaces to find wonderfully creative patterns that will challenge and expand your skills. This star pattern may or may not be that type of pattern because I havenā€™t tried it yet. I will in June as a crochet along. Maybe seek the actual pattern from the designer so you can ask her questions or anything if you run into any problems along the way. There is a place to sign up for the upcoming one even if you donā€™t choose to follow along. You will get to sign up to the private group and you can ask questions as you go at your pace.

There are so many patterns outside ribblr that are far more complex that I do believe you definitely have the skills to attempt and excell at and will be able to increase your design capabilities as well as a result. I hope this is not taken wrong.
