This is what I have for the first draft of the squirrel in a pumpkin pattern.
I think it kinda looks like a rat, I supposed to be putting up tester calls soon when I don’t even have the yarn I need. So please any thoughts for improvements would be great. (Arms and legs are to come shortly.) things are just pined on so far so yeah. Also this is the first draft, and yellow is a color I have way to much of so right now I’m thinking more abt shape than color!

hmmm…maybe consider making the pumpkin a different color and the squirrel brown? squirrels also have ears that stick up! glwt! it looks really good so far~

I really like it hut maybe the squirrel should be a different color than the pumpkin because it blends in too much

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that this is just the first draft so I used a color I had the most of!

I think the shape is looking good.
Once you have the right yarn colors I think you’ll find it looks more like the squirrel-in-a-pumpkin you’re after.
