Hey! So yesterday I was planning to make a cow/bunny using my excess of yarn. I finished the head and body, plus arms and legs, but when I got to the ears I ran out of yarn. I was only able to complete one.
So, any suggestions for what I should make this into? I only have red yarn left, so keep that in mind. Also it’s not sewn together yet, either.
Also, I’m planning to start selling the creations I made recently. I did not create the patterns for all of the items I’m selling, but thanks to the creators for making these amazing patterns! (Yes I am checking if they allow these items to be sold)
You could use the red yarn to turn it into a cherry or red velvet cow. Or you could use the red to make the top of a mushroom, sew it on top of the head, and have it be a mushroom guy
I think having red ears for a cow/bunny would be cute however if you don’t want to use the red then I think it would be fine to use another type of yarn in whatever color however depeding on the weight of the yarn you’ll have to do more or less stitches to match the size of project for instance if you have weight 4 yarn you’ll have to do a lot more stitches to make the size proportionate to the cow/bunny, or if you have a thicker weight yarn than what you used you’ll have to do less, let me know if that was hard to understand and I’ll try to explain it better!
I think you could still make it a cow, the other ear can be red, and you can use the red to embroider spots. Just say that its a velvet cow, or mushroom cow, or cherry cow. Theres a bunch of names it could go by.
