I have feed ribbot everyday, have ribblr+ so I have the fast track but didn’t even get 1 postcard this month or any other option. All it kept landing on is merch and the craft website over and over.

This is so real! Like I don’t need a full moth of free craftsy and Im not interested in ribblr merch. I didn’t get anything but discounts of free memberships this month. @Ribblr please try to fix this growing issue.

Totally get the disappointment when you are hoping for something specific and the wheel does not land there!
The wheel is a random draw so as you can see from comments here, some won a few postcards and some won none.
Also keep in mind comment threads are only a tiny snapshot - we give away tens of thousands of prizes every month, so at that scale some people will hit repeats while others will miss certain prizes entirely.
We do change and add prizes on the wheel all the time, so keep spinning over time and you will have more chances to land on different rewards!
I know that is not the perfect answer, but we want to keep it fair for everyone and we cannot manually change outcomes for individual spins.
