I would recommend practicing basic shapes then using specific ones to make little critters Like this it doesn’t have to be a pride flag though

oooh! girl i got you! the little chick is a bit more challenging but i bet you you could do it! 
and.. if you cant, dont worry! we’ve all started somewhere but you get better and better from every stitch!
(also i tested the chick and the cherries and they are designed really well! mine came out great) so take a wack at it and see whatcha find!
