My Ribblr app is very slow. I switched to the app from the website to see if that would help, but it did not really. My internet is fine, any tips? Has it happened to you?
ok i have some tips for you
- uninstall and reinstall the app
- log out and log back in
- restart your phone or tablet
- update your system
- force close and reopen app entirely

Its prob a little leftover from the horrible lag a few days ago, do what the comment above said I think ^
I was having problems yesterday but today it’s working fine.

It shouldn’t be slow - sounds like something is going on. However we’re not seeing any other reports. so we’ll move it to a PM- sending you a message now.
It may be because there has been heavy rain where I have been. It is better today, so I think im good now.
