Personally I have no idea how a designer could run a test without ongoing communications?
yes, as designers start testing there are several videos & tutorials in place on their shop, inside Ribbuild, on our help center plus on the shop manager. There’s also our testing guidelines which appear as you submit a tester call.
I think there could be an additional message on journals to clarify that crafters shouldn’t add pattern info on their notes. It’s something our team could look into for sure.
