Ummm so I woke up this morning and got onto ribblr only to find myself confused because everything looks so different! 
I use an I pad (really just a Xiaomi pad) and this is how it looks like for me!:

I don’t fully understand you I think, but I feel like it’s a button in the ‘support’ space that will automatically be added so larger problems get more attention from the Ribblr staff I think
