Hello, ive had quite a few issues recently with the last two testing calls ive made. Ill try and list the problems so perhaps @Ribblr support can take a look?
people not be able to apply consistently through the picture application.
One person said they clicked and nothing happened but it worked later and one person said they clicked and it was an application to the other test i haveon my account. It might explain the mismatch i was seeing with the number on the application picture and the actual number of applications (although someone said that could be explained by people pressing cancel).
the testing group message has been difficult to send out. From the âmessage testersâ grey button (where you approve the testers) it does send out (but the copy paste seems to be non-standard on my phone) and when it sends, then you an âoops page not foundâ full screen error. So i wasnât sure it had worked until i went back in through all the menus again. The other button, purple âone send group messageâ refused to send, the error was a popup one about one user being missing or not contactable or something. And the whole message just doesnât go out. I checked all my testers and i could see every profile page so no idea what it was complaining about (finally got it out with grey button though).
Me too with the collabs, i thought it was maybe because we were using links rather than the automatic tester call with the photo but no apparently not. The applying to one and getting the other is more worrying though!
Yes! Iâve had #1 happen to me twice. I would press the link/picture, only to be directed to the shop with no pop-up asking to apply for the tester call.
Iâve pressed the link/pic at least 10 times with no pop-up, refreshed the page, closed the app and reopened, logged out, tried on a different device, came back after 30+ minutes and still no pop-up.
Unfortunately i didnât grab a screenshot and now the message has finally been sent im not sure ill be able to until the next testing call. I actually tried to for the popup error but wasnt quick enough before it disappeared onscreen. I can screenshot the buttons im talking about if thatâs at all useful? Im not sure how to do screen video though, is there an app?
@Ribblr these are the two buttons i mentioned purple and grey. And i forgot to akso mention the wacky due date situation. I had one the other day that had set itselft back in September by default. And recently no matter what i set this one to it doesnât change from how you see this here:
To make sure weâre on the same page - you had issues sending out a message as it wouldnât send. On top of that you canât change the due date for your test, is that right?
Yes, different errors on each button and one one worked. And the due date. This is problem 2. Problem 1 is people not being able to apply for testing which is more if a problem because theres no workaround for it. You canât even add a tester manually. Thx.
Hello, it looks like I have the same problem, I canât send the message to the testers.
The purple button âMessage testersâ in âtest your patternâ gives me the error that one of the users couldnât be found;
The grey button in the Manage testing section lands on an error page.
Is it a glitch?
Hello, ive just used the grey button to send out a group message to trsters and i still see the ribblr page not found error afterwards. Fingers crossed theyâve got the message though.
