Hi so a new user to Ribblr is hosting a tester call for their pattern and it got put in our testing library with no notification other than a deadline in my email. So we didn’t get the usual group chat where you can share the mistakes and fix up a pattern by this person. Im about to tag them to let them know about this because I can’t DM them and the tester call is closed. If you are @ML3DPrintShop please know that to fix this problem, do these steps
1, go to your shop
2, go to the bunny pattern and click on the three dots you would click on to see the “edit on ribbuild” option
3, instead, click on “manage testing”
4, click on the 3rd step which says message testers
5, Write any information you need in the message and send it to us so we now have a group chat.
