I will say Micheal’s does sell similar hooks to these but I actually found that Hobby Lobby has really good hook that are rubber and plastic that don’t slip off! I use one like all. the. time.

For my hook the group is like glued on and I use the Susan bates hooks and they are SUPER good in my opinion I use the aluminum ones with grips

I do have that problem! I have heard of hooks that have rubber beads instead of just a sleeve. I haven’t tried them yet though. But that’s another option if you like the feel of the sleeve.

I usually end up just taking it off and using the bare metal 
Maybe you could try taking the hook out of the grip and putting super glue inside before putting it on the hook again

I have PsA, so my hands are bad off, I remove that and put the thicker pencil grip on that’s shaped like an egg- it doesn’t slip nearly as much- otherwise you can superglue it

I found the cheaper hooks do this but I’ve never had a problem with my Clover Amour.

this happens to me all the time! i think its just the hooks with the rubber grips, i’m going to try gluing them down, hopefully it keeps them in place otherwise i just keep sliding them back into place

You could get some foam clay and form your own handle, then it could be custom!
