My friend got the Ribblr app and is trying to contact me through and vice versa. Whenever I try to tag, dm or pm her, it says her account does not exist.
Can anyone else find it?

It could be because her account is new, could you maybe get her to comment on this post?
you could also contact Ribblr asking if they can look into this!

Nothing. I would probably have them post on here and make sure that’s their user.

She can’t access my posts. We tried and it claimed she had no access

We get an error whenever we try to create a post, saying that she should log in before posting

maybe make sure she’s actually logged into her account? or if she already is, log out then log back in. you could also have her try logging in through the website (ribblr.com) to see if that works

Then they probably didn’t make an account properly. Try to have them fix it but if they just don’t have an account then they need to make one. Or this is a bug that should be helpped by ribblr.

If she is a minor she might have some sort of parental lock.
I just had my mum search my shop then follow me so I could easily find her and send her/start a DM chat with her.

Nope it doesn’t let me click on her account… tell them to save patterns it might be easier to find them.

Good idea, also remember to make sure after saving patterns they make sure their settings have their wish list or something public or you won’t see it
