I got volunteered to make some crochet items for kids in my husband’s class that won a little game. No one decided to ask me or my husband before mentioning it to the kids and of course once 5/6 year olds get even the whiff of col stuff, they won’t let it go. One asked for a cat so she got a black and white loaf cat that I forgot to get pics of. The other wanted a lion. I have this mini amigurumi book I got a year ago when I was still new to the craft and I did not look closely at the book. It has a lion but it looks like it has an afro instead of a mane lol
So I did my own rendition. Wanted to show off this little cutie cause I think he turned out adorable. I barely used any of the book pattern but it did help me get going even though I wasn’t motivated at all
Yeah, told my husband I was not enthused and neither was he. It’s one thing when I volunteer as I often do. It’s another when someone throws the idea out without consulting me x.x They’re lucky I have a ton of this tan color in posh that I was looking to work through anyways so at least it helped a bit.
Only the 2 for free thankfully, though I was requested to make 2 of these capybara which I did ask for compensation. And another person wants me to make a demigorgon but that will be paid as well
