Hoi, to apply for lucky sunday you have to comment in Lucky Sunday post. To do this you go into their post and click on the reply arrow, which is next to the heart, chain, and 3 dots on the bottom of the post.
You can also scroll to the bottom of chat and click the purple button that says reply.
