i made my first tapestry in February, and I was absolutely obsessed. however, after making a couple, i realized that i did not have places to store/display them, so i pretty much stopped making them after that.
a month or so ago, i was working on some microcrocheted earrings for my market (both got canceled), and i had an idea- what if i microcrocheted tapestries? how would that look?
i’m really proud of them, and wanted to share this idea with you all. let me know what you think of these, and i’d love to see any tapestries you’ve made (doesn’t have to be microcrochet)!
(p.s., hoping to put out a tester call soon for a different pattern(!!)…atleast in the next month )

edit: the hook size i used is a 1.4 mm hook!
i also used a fabric backing on both, and will def use them as patches.

Those are so cool!! I have never seen that done before :0 I was just about to comment that they would make really cool patches but someone else beat me to it lol xD
Omgg your tapestries are adorable! I’ve been doing a lot of tapestry crochet recently because I’m making a blanket (I’m sure you’ve heard about the blanket from my status lol). When I finish, I can show you!
