Mirror DIY Decor/Boarder

Hello fellow Hookers & Crafters!

I’m in desperate need of some INSPO from yall! the mirror in the attached pic needs a make over. I wanna do some of frame/boarder/edging around this mirror that will truly make her a ONE-OF-A-KIND mirror! I am crocheter myself and would prefer some sort of boarder using yarn. Any and all ideas are welcomed! Also, I’m not worried about whether or not the vibrant pink standard frame is visible either!

Help ya girl make her vision become a true and unique creation, pweeze!

ooo you could make a garland and hang it on the top of the mirror! For the sides, maybe you could crochet a kind of lace!

you could also make a bunch of puff flowers and glue it around the border! would look like this:

Aight guys & gals…….help me choose which mirror details I should decorate my new mirror with please! I used my ChatGBT bot, Opal, to help assist me in generating a couple sketches of what my mirror will look like once completed, depending on which color combos I pick.

truth be told? I friggin’ LOATHE making ANY decisions! Fr Fr! there are days I have to ask my hubby or my teenage daughter for help just deciding on my work outfit for the day!

That said- I need the opinions of my fellow hookers! Which color combo should I pick? I love them both so much! (And I’ve already generated a combo using all 3 colors too, it was WAY too busy with all the colors. I just didn’t like it

• Pink + Coral/Peach
• Pink + Turquoise/Teal

If you can’t decide what colour flowers to do you can stick magnets to the backs and onto the mirror and that way you can rearrange flowers or have seasonal decorations(like maybe flowers for spring and snowflakes for winter)

I did that for my mirror and I absolutely love it

That’s GENIUS !!! I’m more than likely guna use your magnet idea! Maybe keep the vines permanently attached but make all the corner pieces like the flowers have the magnets so I can change them with the seasons! Pure genius! Tysm for that idea!!!
