I was selected to test a pattern and the designer sent it yesterday. I never received it and they tried again but it still wouldn’t show. This morning when I looked it was there but then Ribblr shut down and when I came back it was gone. I’ve tried closing app and shutting my phone down to no avail. Please help!
You need to reach out to the designer to make sure they’ve agreed your name on the shop manager

Yes, multiple times.
Is it possible that they accidentally gifted you the pattern? I’ve tested patterns where it’s not on the testing tab since they gifted it to me so it’ll show up in your patterns
I’ve looked in both areas. And I just received another testing pattern and that one showed up
This happened to me once that I had a Tester that wasn’t getting my pattern. I removed them, logged out, logged back in and then it went through.
I don’t know if it’s limited to 4 or not. But I deleted one that I finished testing, refreshed and then my new one showed up. Worth a try
Maybe it’s possible that the coding that was put in place for the halt of free gifting is conflicting with the testing program

It might help narrow it down for you guys, but I just sent a test pattern to @jaydeedee and it showed up on their end. I’m on app on Android, because you always seem to ask
The issue is with the pattern itself, and this is why it is not showing.
Cover images of this pattern are not supported (iphone proprietary “HEIC” format), which automatically removes it from any or our lists.
We have contacted the designer, instructing them to replace cover (or remove them at this testing stage).
