I know that this seems super early but I wanted to make my mom a bigger gift this year and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for me. I crochet and have been for just over a year so if anyone has a suggestion please let me know!

I actually finished making my mother’s day gift yesterday lol, not too early, I made her reusable facial scrubbies and a mini octopus as she mentioned she saw a cute octopus that she wanted lol for a bigger gift you can always make smaller items for her as a bundle, if not for a big item perhaps a crochet pillow case I’ve seen some cute crochet pillow cases that seem like a great gift

You mentioned she likes artsy stuff, like art supplies, art in general? If she likes art paintings I found this pattern here on Ribblr, it’s a crochet Van Gogh’s sunflower painting, but oval shaped that can also be an option as a gift

I finished making my mother her Mother’s Day gift about a week ago. I made her a pillow. I’m not sure what to suggest to you considering that I’m not sure what she likes. I like to make people either toys or practical gifts like blankets, pillows, bags, ect. Here is an image of a bag that I made. I also made a second one with flowers on it for my friend but I don’t have an image of it. I can try to send you a pattern for this bag if you are interested. I hope that this helped.

Well if you like the flower idea I have multiple patterns on my shop (Borence) and they’re all free. I might give you an idea of what flowers you want to make and you can always research patterns from other creators
