Hey y’all my bulky yarn is in a knot mid project and I don’t know how to unknot it without having to cut the yarn. got any tips or tricks please share?

What I do when I can’t unknot it is I make it a big loop (it should move towards the ball) and just crochet until you get to it again and repeat the process.
