Oh! that is because you can only change your name once ever 3 month, in order to make it discouraging to keep changing it, but you can contact @ribblr-support and they can change it for you!

The best way to fix this is to privately message Ribblr support, as they can manually override the limit and update it for you

you don’t actually! there is a limit to how many times you can change your name though, to keep it from getting too confusing. you can also message ribblr directly if you have a problem.
No. You have the ability to change your username regardless of membership level.
If you run into a problem changing your username it’s usually because you did so too many times.

originally I changed it to what I wanted it to be and it kept reverting back. I’m going to assume this is some kind of bug they need to fix. The one and only name I’ve ever changed it to is the same one that I have literally everywhere else I have a screen name. I’m not some weirdo who’s over here changing my name every week 
Honestly, I don’t even care anymore so whatever. It can just be how it is. This app can be very annoying sometimes for numerous reasons

glitches can happen. I suggest you give the Ribblr team and app some slack, because they have a lot they handle and a lot they have to do! be patient and keep working on it, and it will eventually work. trust me, I’ve been there myself.
i think sometimes if you just switched it you might need to log out in all devices for the new username to load
even then it might go back to the previous one sometimes
