Im new here. Im trying to add/load a photo for my shop profile and header banner. I followed the self help video and the photo just won’t save. As soon as I click off of my shop page the photo just disappears. There’s no save button obviously, so it’s a bit weird since its giving the impression it’s supposed to be an automatic save. I’ve changed the format if the photos from png to jpg but that doesn’t seem to have done anything either, Can someone please help me because this is incredibly frustrating.
It can be picky and sometimes it looks like it saved but it didn’t.
Most areas where you load a picture will have some sort of confirmation that the photo has loaded.
You can also try from a different device, personally, I can’t load a picture from my laptop but can from my phone.
I’m starting to see that yeah I tried from my phone and laptop and I get that little “saving” notification but it doesn’t actually save. Thank you though! I’m gonna keep trying!
Oh yeah, you just have to wait for the “saving” to finish
I am but it doesnt do anything. Just disappears as soon as leave the page no matter how long i wait
Just generic troubleshooting because they will ask you to do these things. Like closing the app or trying on a different device signing out and back in again, opening in browser instead of app, etc
I believe that might be an issue on Ribblr’s end due some ongoing maintenance. Can you try again now please and report back?
hmmm … ongoing maintenance could be my issue with editing also. I sent an email this time because it’s not a picture of my pattern. I cropped it down to show you the issue message I got.
I am having the same issue in trying to set a shop photo. I did have some trouble with my header as well upon first saving it, a reload of the page blacked out an entire half of it, which seems to have been fixed by removing and replacing it. But I still can’t get the shop photo to save. It says saving, then there is no confirmation of save completion, and it goes away on a page reload. Issue on both PC and mobile.
Has anyone figured out a fix? TIA.
Are you connected to Wi-fi wide open? I have this problem when the wi fi channel has too many users on it.
I’m the only user on this wifi at that time of night.

Yes, i am still experiencing the issue on both PC and mobile.
Fixed that for you. Logo was actually loaded, just not showing. (had a glitch for new users )
